Wait, don't you own a creative agency called WHEELIE?
YES! WHEELIE is doing great.
Here's the thing I want to share with you on this little corner of the internet: I love THE WORK.
I'm here to share my best creative secrets with more people so that we may all live (and love) in a world where we feel connected to our imaginations and carry with us a deep knowing that our biggest dreams are not only possible, but have been here all along.
I'm honored you're here.
Making things with people adds deep meaning to my life.
I love the process of imagining things that aren't real, feeling what it would be like if they were, and then rallying teams of people to bring it all to life. The end product is extraordinary, but how we pulled it off is always my favorite part. I love turning to an editor or a DP or a client after watching the final cut together and saying, "Holy shit, we made that." That lights me up.
Here, I consider myself to serve you more like a shot of espresso rather than a fancy latte with a bunch of ingredients. Pure, high-octane, no bullshit. Feels right. Ask me about it if you're curious.
I ask big questions, think deeply, and enjoy snowboarding or mountain biking every day, where I think of deeper and bigger questions.
You can work with me in lots of ways:
- Request me as your creative director (with your team or I can bring mine)
- one-on-one consulting
- quarterly creative direction for your in-house marketing team.
- I also still shoot photos all the time.
- You'll get the most out of me if you bring me on to your special projects for creative thinking & development. It's what I'm best at (that, and getting creative, intelligent people to rally toward the same vision), and like I said, I love this stuff.
Thanks for being here,
Lisa
FUN FACTS:
I was adjunct faculty at a community college in Montana for 10 years. I taught classes at night including: design, typography, video editing, and final portfolio review. I still hire former students whenever I can.
I live in Crested Butte, Colorado with my partner (he's an incredible filmmaker) and our two Golden Retrievers.
I'm currently writing a book about the business of imagination. Writing a book is a lot like action sports- you have to like Type 2 fun. Turns out.
My creative process is a little messy, full of feelings, and extremely calculated. (So am I.)
I have a twin sister. She's the coolest and smartest person I know. She is also hilarious. I hope you get to meet her.
Lisa joined our project when it was in a desperate place of confusion. She brought fresh perspective and pulled it out of the dumpster fire for us. It was shocking.
Lisa's creative ideas have not only helped my business to build a better brand and see tangible financial benefits, but she has also inspired me as a human being.
Lisa has the passion and skillset to make outrageously thoughtful creative work. She always comes through with incredible ideas that give your business a heart and soul. Absolutely love working with her.

To view my commercial work, check out my agency website for WHEELIE, LLC. I started that company from scratch and I am so proud of my team (past and present), clients, projects, and that time we got a cyclist to race a horse. I love what we built and what it has grown into.
