I show
how to
make
compelling
creative work
(forever).
Whether you need creative development + direction for your next big project, hands-on guidance leveling up your in-house team, or practical creative mentorship + resources: welcome.
You're in the right place.
I started a wildly successful creative agency from a clapped out laptop and a pile of soggy business cards that I used to hand out on chairlifts 15 years ago. Somehow that worked, and now I've managed millions of dollars of projects from concept through delivery, had 50+ employees, 150+ contractors, and consulted and directed for more than 350 brands, mostly in the outdoor industry. I love this stuff.
I've built a road gap in middle-of-nowhere Montana for a Super Bowl commercial, lugged camera gear to the top of mountains in Japan, grown outrageously talented teams, slept in airports, bought an office building, laughed a lot, chest-bumped serious CEO's, questioned everything, shot tons of sunrises, and figured out how to retire before 40. Along the way, I learned how to imagine and articulate relatable creative work with impact, every single time.
At this point in my career, I'm interested in working on meaningful projects, building the next group of creatives, and helping make it possible for people to have better careers and feel more free expressing their own voices.

Now booking 2 spots for for Q3 2024 and 4 spots for Q4 2024:
Quarterly Creative Direction.
I work with your team and help provide big-picture creative support for your brand goals as well as ongoing feedback and mentorship to your in-house team of creatives and marketing pros. Not every brand has a creative director on staff, and it helps to get a seasoned pro on your team for a fraction of the cost it would be to hire full-time employment or bring on an entire agency. This is a unique opportunity with a ton of bang for the buck.
Will soon open up spots for September 2024.
(Please note: this booked for Q1 + Q2 in 48 hours, so please reach out if you want to get on the waiting list.)
Creative growth can be lonely and tough. I got you.
Sign yourself or your staff up for ongoing one-on-one mentorship sessions held via Zoom. (In-person team workshops available- just ask.)
(I'm not crying, you're crying!)
"I met Lisa at a creative workshop and knew I was going to ask her to mentor me about 2 minutes into listening to her talk. She carried that go-getter, anything is accomplishable mindset backed with tons of insane experience to back it up.
Throughout the 6-week mentorship, Lisa was refreshingly open and candid about her own business practices, strategies, past mistakes and successes. She ended up guiding me through the biggest pitch I've ever done and provided me with invaluable advice. By the end of the 6 weeks, I felt so much more confident and capable not only up-leveling my business, but finding more alignment with it as well.
Having big dreams as an entrepreneur, especially as a female in a male dominated industry, can feel isolating and hard. To have another woman that has already done everything I want to do speak life into me and encourage my journey while openly sharing her own has been a wildly beneficial decision and worth every penny. I definitely plan on investing in a longer mentorship with her down the road. 10/10 recommend."
